     Ed dedicated over 21 years to the U.S. Army, culminating his distinguished career as a Master Sergeant. He began his service with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, KY. Following his initial deployment to Iraq in 2003, Ed completed the rigorous Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP) and was subsequently assigned to the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. During his tenure, he excelled in various roles within the Rifle Assault Squad, including Rifle Squad Leader.

Ed’s exemplary performance led to his selection as the 1/75 Recce Team Leader and Recce Platoon Sergeant. In 2011, he transitioned to the Regimental Special Troops Battalion (RSTB), 75th Ranger Regiment, where he served as the Small Unit Ranger Tactics Instructor, training all Ranger School candidates within the regiment. Additionally, Ed was a key member of the Ranger Assessment and Selection Cadre, responsible for physically preparing hundreds of candidates for the 75th Ranger Regiment.

In 2014, Ed achieved a significant milestone by being selected for the elite Special Missions Unit (SMU) at Fort Liberty. Throughout his career, Ed amassed extensive combat experience with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, participating in numerous raids and combat missions. Within the SMU, he held several critical positions, including Assaulter, Assault Explosive Breacher, Sniper Team Member, and Senior Enlisted Tactical Advisor

     Rick Lofton dedicated over 25 years to the U.S. Army, culminating his distinguished career as a Sergeant Major. He began his military journey with the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Liberty (formerly Ft. Bragg), NC. Driven by ambition, Rick volunteered for the U.S. Special Forces, becoming a “Green Beret.” He served as a combat diver with the 1st Special Forces Group at Ft. Lewis, WA, before being selected for the elite Special Missions Unit (SMU) at Ft. Liberty, where he served for sixteen years.

Within the SMU, Rick excelled in various training roles, significantly shaping the unit’s operational capabilities. He served as an Operator Training Course Instructor, where he was responsible for developing and delivering advanced training programs to prepare operators for high-stakes missions. His expertise in combat tactics and leadership was instrumental in his role as Operations Training Sergeant Major.

Rick’s extensive combat experience includes numerous deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, participating in over 450 combat assaults and three real-world hostage rescue missions. His leadership and training acumen were pivotal in preparing his team for these challenging operations.

     Robert as a fellow New Yorker and in response to the September 11th attacks he began his career serving in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division, where he led a Fire Team on numerous missions during the initial invasion of Iraq. His military experience honed his leadership, tactical, and reconnaissance skills, which he later applied during his time as a detective with the NYPD. Specializing in undercover operations and violent street crime investigations, Robert worked in the Special Operations Units, leading surveillance operations, gathering intelligence, and collaborating with informants. His role in high-stakes investigations helped dismantle criminal networks and further developed his crisis management abilities.

Robert now leverages his background as an Executive Protection Agent, providing security for foreign diplomats and their families. He develops and implements tailored security strategies, conducts threat assessments, and coordinates with local authorities to ensure the safety of his clients. With a deep understanding of diplomatic protocols and a commitment to discretion, Robert delivers top-level protection during both official and private engagements.

 

        Dylan Schori

        Business Development OSG

     Dylan is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in risk management, business development, and operations within the defense and security industries. He began his career in private security across Europe, specializing in high-security transport, armed convoy escort operations, and personal security for government and private clients. As the founder and operator of Helvetia Strategies Group, Dylan led strategic initiatives that drove business growth and operational efficiency, launching new products and training services in the military and tactical sectors. His innovative approach and multilingual abilities in German and French have strengthened international relationships and expanded global market presence.

     After his time in the defense industry, Dylan joined the U.S. Army, working with the Special Warfare Medical Group. During his tenure, he contributed to training U.S. and foreign students in advanced medical practices, enhancing operational readiness and fostering international collaboration. Following his service, he returned to the private sector to promote training and consulting services for defense companies. Now, as a Business Development Consultant to Obsidian Spear Group—a partner of Helvetia Strategies Group—Dylan leverages his deep understanding of strategic planning, contract negotiation, and project management to drive organizational excellence and innovation.
